Site Measurement Services Ltd engineers are all BiNDT accredited, an approved registration scheme given in guidance in Approved Document Part L1A for domestic air pressure testing.Please call us on 08456 522 052 to receive an air pressure test proposal tailored to your requirements or ask about any of the other services we offer.

All fan testing equipment and environmental monitoring equipment is calibrated to UKAS standards and compliant with parts l1 and l2 of the building regs.

Subject to fees being paid before the site visit takes place we can now produce the BiNDT certificates and reports suitable for submission to your building control body before we leave site.

We can also produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) which are being introduced to help improve the energy efficiency of buildings.
